The second quarter of 2010 Aleesha has become a leading female bodybuilder. Aleesha is from a sport-loving family back in 1984. Although her dad was an athlete, the other siblings of Aleesha were also involved in sports such as playing ice hockey. Aleesha has played sports in the past like basketball, soccer, and softball. Aleesha earned her professional card by her victory at her first NPC USA Championships 2014. But she first started in 2008. The 2014 IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro saw her compete with a 9th-place finish. Aleesha was able to hold onto a 9th-place finish in 2015. Aleesha was 6th place in both 2015 and 2016 during the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. After steadily improving, Aleesha won her first pro-level show in the year 2019 when she won her first title at the Chicago Pro Championships. The best WOS performance came in 2020. Her finish was fourth. The "World's most powerful mother" was able to take a break from bodybuilding due to health reasons.
